Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Southend-on-Sea.

  • Role Purpose
  • Lead on brand and campaign activity to boost awareness and student recruitment.
  • Shape and deliver strategic marketing plans across multiple sites and audiences.
  • Manage a small team and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

Main Duties

  • Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events).
  • Develop and protect the organisation's brand identity, tone, and style.
  • Oversee content creation: social media, PR, video, website, and printed materials.
  • Use data, research, and analytics to measure campaign success and improve ROI.
  • Manage and update the website, ensuring it's user-friendly and SEO-optimised.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and admissions to support recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years' marketing experience, with proven success in brand/campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills, managing teams and budgets.
  • Confident across digital and traditional marketing, including paid media.
  • Able to work independently while also being a team player
