We are seeking a dedicated professional to mentor and assess individuals undertaking Level 2 to Level 5 apprenticeships and specialist short courses within the childcare sector. Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mentorship to a diverse group of approximately 45 students across your designated territory.
- Conduct a mixture of remote and in-person sessions to guide learners through their specific qualification pathways.
- Implement tailored educational strategies to ensure every student achieves their professional development targets.
- Utilize digital assessment platforms to monitor progress and maintain accurate records of the learning process.
- Deliver a variety of accredited curricula focusing on high standards of early childhood education.
- Coordinate your own schedule to meet the needs of both students and their respective employers efficiently.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification specifically in Early Years or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate extensive practical experience working within a professional childcare or nursery setting.
