We are seeking a dedicated professional to mentor and assess individuals undertaking Level 2 to Level 5 apprenticeships and specialist short courses within the childcare sector. Role Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive mentorship to a diverse group of approximately 45 students across your designated territory.
  • Conduct a mixture of remote and in-person sessions to guide learners through their specific qualification pathways.
  • Implement tailored educational strategies to ensure every student achieves their professional development targets.
  • Utilize digital assessment platforms to monitor progress and maintain accurate records of the learning process.
  • Deliver a variety of accredited curricula focusing on high standards of early childhood education.
  • Coordinate your own schedule to meet the needs of both students and their respective employers efficiently.

Essential Requirements

  • Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification specifically in Early Years or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrate extensive practical experience working within a professional childcare or nursery setting.
  • Possess strong digital literacy and proficiency in standard office software for administrative tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
  • Maintain a valid driving license and the ability to travel across the South East London region.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive Enhanced DBS check and online background screening.
