Dovetail and Slate are an employment business working in partnership with over 200 colleges across the UK, offering exciting Learning Support Manager opportunities for individuals with experience in similar roles and with EHCP Consultations (FE experience desirable).
Responsibilities:
- Support the Learning Support Department by completing, reviewing, and responding to all EHCP consultations from local authorities.
- Use ProMonitor and other college systems to maintain accurate records of students with SEND.
- Work with the campus and department manager to ensure all aspects of the student experience are accessible to both students and parents/carers alike.
- Ensure that the Learning Support team have all the necessary information to achieve positive outcomes for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners.
Requirements:
- Experience with EHCP Consultations.
- Extensive knowledge of additional learning needs.
- Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
