Welding Assessor/Tutor Permanent Location: Essex Salary: Up to Β£42,000 Are you an experienced welding professional looking to inspire and develop the next generation of fabricators and welders? About the role You'll design, plan, deliver and assess engaging welding programmes, combining practical workshop teaching with the underpinning theory learners need to succeed. Working across a range of levels, you'll bring your industry experience into the workshop, helping learners build the knowledge and skills that employers value. You'll create a positive and supportive learning environment, monitor learner progress and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners. As an assessor, you'll carry out fair and accurate assessments, giving learners clear feedback that helps them move forward. If you come from industry rather than teaching, that's welcome. Delivering a mix of practical workshop teaching and underpinning theory. Monitoring learner progress and adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
