Technical Tutor - Electrical Role: Technical Tutor – Electrical Location: Berkshire Salary: £41,096 – £44,165 per annum (Scale L) Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are recruiting a Technical Tutor – Electrical to join an established Further Education college team in Berkshire. This role is focused on managing a dedicated caseload of electrical apprentices, delivering skills coaching, mentoring, and continuous assessment to ensure learners reach End Point Assessment (EPA) Gateway readiness. Key Responsibilities: Manage an apprentice caseload, providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive assessment feedback. Conduct initial assessments and establish realistic start and planned end dates with learners and managers. Support 10–12 week progress reviews (in-person or remotely) to monitor knowledge, skills, and behaviors. Monitor, track, and audit "off-the-job" training hours to meet compliance requirements. Utilize digital platforms (MS Teams, E-Portfolios, EBS, Pro-achieve) for accurate learner tracking. Collaborate with central apprenticeship teams, employers, EPAOs, and Additional Learner Support (ALS). Requirements: Vocational qualifications: 18th Edition
