As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers and the wider support team to help pupils access their learning and thrive. Working with an education provider in Norfolk, you'll provide tailored support that meets the individual needs of the young people in your care. You'll build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging engagement, confidence and independence. Supporting pupils individually and in small groups to help them access the curriculum. Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils to develop confidence and independence. Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Monitoring and recording pupil progress and feeding back to the teaching team.
