Salary: £28,168 – £39,244 per annum + £3,000 Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus (dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, year-round

We\’re looking for an inspiring Lecturer in Plumbing to join a well-established education provider\’s construction and built environment faculty in Wiltshire.

This is a rewarding opportunity to share your skills and experience with the next generation of plumbing and heating engineers, delivering high-quality teaching and practical training across Levels 1-3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and practical sessions in plumbing and heating engineering.

  • Develop and update course materials in line with industry best practice and emerging technologies.

  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their goals.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching methods and curriculum design.

  • Take part in open events, recruitment activities, and community projects.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum).

  • IQA & Assessor qualifications, or willingness to work towards them.

  • A teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

  • Level 2 (GCSE A-C) in English and Maths, or willingness to achieve these.

  • Current industry knowledge, including regulations and emerging trends.
