We are seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle professional to join our college team and support apprentices in achieving their qualifications. Industry applicants are welcome, and a full assessor qualification will be funded if not already held.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess learners, plan inductions, and develop individual learning plans with employers
  • Support apprentices to achieve their standards and prepare for End Point Assessment
  • Provide guidance to learners and employers, including 20% off-the-job training requirements
  • Build relationships with employers to recruit learners and grow provision
  • Manage a caseload and contribute to course delivery and planning
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (minimum)
  • Industry experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
