About the role
You'll design, plan, deliver and assess engaging marine engineering programmes, combining practical workshop teaching with the underpinning theory learners need to succeed. Working across a range of levels, you'll bring your industry experience into the classroom and workshop, helping students build the knowledge and skills that employers value. You'll create a positive and supportive learning environment, monitor learner progress and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of a diverse group of students. Working closely with colleagues, you'll help shape and develop the curriculum so it stays current and relevant to the sector. If you come from industry rather than teaching, that's welcome. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, planning, delivering and assessing marine engineering programmes across a range of levels.
