I'm currently working on behalf of a Training Provider looking for a qualified and passionate English Tutor to join their high-performing team. This is a permanent, part-time teaching role focused on delivering both GCSE and Functional Skills English to learners in Norwich, with flexibility for admin from home.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons (GCSE & Functional Skills)
  • Tailor sessions to individual learner needs, supporting their confidence and progression
  • Complete and review Individual Learning Plans with SMART targets
  • Collaborate with vocational teams to improve learner retention and success
  • Carry out assessments and ensure all admin meets awarding body requirements
  • Inspire learners to see maths differently and prepare them for work or further study

About the Role

You'll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking English & Maths division, delivering sessions that inspire learners and help them build confidence in maths - a vital stepping stone to their next stage in life or work.

Working pattern: 1 full day onsite (8:30am - 4:30pm), 2 hours admin (flexible/home-based)
