You will deliver engaging theory and practical lessons across Level 1 to Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Repair programmes, helping learners gain the knowledge, skills and confidence required for employment or progression within the automotive industry.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality classroom and workshop-based teaching.
  • Teach learners across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Motor Vehicle programmes.
  • Support full-time students, adult learners and apprentices.
  • Inspire, motivate and develop the next generation of automotive technicians.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet awarding body requirements.
  • Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.

What We're Looking For

  • A recognised teaching qualification (essential).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (or equivalent).

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
