Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching in Electrical Installation to learners (up to Level 3)
- Plan and deliver sessions that meet curriculum requirements, including evenings/weekends if required
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback, support, and guidance
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with safeguarding and H&S standards
- Participate in curriculum development, CPD, and college-wide events
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already held (support provided)
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with diverse student cohorts
- Right to work in the UK and clear enhanced DBS check required
