About the role You'll design, plan, deliver and assess engaging welding programmes, combining practical workshop teaching with the underpinning theory learners need to succeed.
Working across a range of levels, you'll bring your industry experience into the workshop, helping learners build the knowledge and skills that employers value.
You'll create a positive and supportive learning environment, monitor learner progress and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners.
As an assessor, you'll carry out fair and accurate assessments, giving learners clear feedback that helps them move forward.

Your responsibilities will include: Designing, planning, delivering and assessing welding programmes across a range of levels.
Delivering a mix of practical workshop teaching and underpinning theory.

Creating a safe, positive and supportive learning environment in the workshop.
Working with colleagues to keep the curriculum current and relevant to the sector.
What we're looking for
