About the Role You'll join an education provider in the justice sector, delivering practical construction training to learners in a custodial setting. This is an opportunity to use your trade background to help people build the skills, qualifications and confidence they need to move into employment on release. You'll plan and deliver engaging, hands-on sessions covering core construction skills, supporting learners of varying ability and experience. Working within a secure environment, you'll create a safe, structured and encouraging workshop setting where learners can develop practical competence alongside the wider skills employers look for. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering practical construction training sessions to individuals and small groups.
