I'm currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board an HR/Recruitment Officer to join their busy and supportive HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration, while gaining exposure across the wider HR function.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from adverts through to onboarding
- Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
- Preparing contracts and offer letters
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Supporting agency staff processes and payroll liaison
- Assisting with onboarding, probation processes and HR administration
- Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, including pre-employment checks
What we're looking for:
- Previous HR or administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, team-focused approach
- Understanding of recruitment processes is highly desirable
