We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Engineering Assessor to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers through Training.

Role Responsibilities
- Planning your diary to visit apprentices and employers on site across the West Midlands area.
- Assessing the work being completed by the apprentices and tracking this through E-software's.
- Being able to manage a caseload of 40-50 apprentices once settled.
- Confident in offering support to the apprentices for any 1:1 training you may be offering.
- Adhere to the FE standards and regulations in order to achieve best possible pass rates from learners.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive industry experience in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing engineering.
- An Assessing qualification (A1, D32,D33,D34, CAVA, TAQA).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Presentable attitude to customer facing positions.
