We are seeking a dedicated Animal Management Lecturer who won\'t \'horse around\' when it comes to delivering high-quality teaching

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching across Animal Management and Welfare courses up to Level 3.
- Develop high-quality instructional materials and contribute to the growth of a new curriculum.
- Act as a personal tutor, providing pastoral support and guidance to learners.
- Promote attendance, progression, and achievement for all students.
- Support learners in accessing suitable work placements within the sector.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.
Essential Requirements
- A teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in animal science, zoology, veterinary science, or a related field (desired but not essential).
- Previous teaching experience within Further Education.
- Industry experience within the animal management sector or similar environment.
- GCSEs (or equivalent Level 2) in Maths and English.
