We're looking for an experienced Aeronautical or Avionics Engineering professional to join our college in Newcastle as a full-time Aeronautical Engineering Lecturer. This is an excellent opportunity to move from industry into education and inspire the next generation of engineers.

About the RoleYou'll deliver engaging teaching to learners studying Levels 1-3 in Aeronautical Engineering, combining classroom-based theory with practical workshop sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching across Level 1-3 Aeronautical Engineering programmes
- Plan and deliver lessons that meet a range of learning needs
- Support and guide students to achieve their qualifications and career goals
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
- NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical or Avionics Engineering (minimum)
- Relevant industry experience
- A passion for sharing knowledge and developing others
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Teaching qualification (desirable, but not essential - fully funded)
- £30,000 - £40,000 salary
