We are seeking someone with bar or pub experience to work in the position of Pub Supervisor at our new Micropub in Cheadle, Staffordshire which is scheduled to open in late October 2026.
Working alongside the company owner you will help in the day to day running of the business and assist in managing and training other staff. Ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers, you will uphold the highest quality standards, create a welcoming atmosphere where patrons feel valued and ensure that all legal requirements are adhered to.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will, subject to satisfactory performance, assume additional responsibilities and progress to the position of Pub Manager within a 3-6 month period of their employment commencing.
