Location: Office based @ Doves Farm Foods, Hungerford, RG17 0RF Hours: Hours of work to be 09:00 – 15:00 Salary: Rate of pay £13.35/hr: £26,000 pro rata Job Description: * Administration and implementation of the stage-gate process for all new product projects and existing product changes * Chairing NPD / PCM meetings * Minute taking and circulation of NPD minutes * Administration and follow up of outstanding NPD actions * Kitchen trials and test bakes where necessary * Maintenance of all stages of NPD for new products * Benchmarking products against competitor products * Test bakes for on-pack recipes to verify accuracy * Preparation of quality standards for all bakery and cereal products * Compilation of the Bill of materials for new products * Writing product specifications for new retailer products and updates for changes as required including associated forms Requirements: Ideally will have a science based degree, computer literate, experience in food manufacture / catering environment, well organised, good communication skills both verbal and written Benefits: * Flexible working hours to suit your schedule. * Work in a supportive and inclusive environment. * Opportunity to balance work and family commitments effectively
