The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
To execute, investigate, and report perpetual inventory count for all stock (ingredients, packaging, consumables, and finished products). Act as an internal auditor for all supply chain and production processes to ensure all necessary functions are carried out correctly and effectively. Inventory of all company-owned stock, internally and externally. Reporting to Supply Chain Supervisor.
WORK PATTERN
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Overtime and flexibility might be required.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Perform and correct daily stock count.
- Investigate discrepancies on stock count.
- Communicate findings on investigation.
- Develop KPIs based on the stock count result.
- Develop an effective cycle count process.
- Adjusting the stock for Rework and Consumables.
- Maintain stock accuracy by engaging all departments for Continuous Improvement.
- Support all departments in ensuring all tasks and procedures are completed by company standards and agreed processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Warehouse experience.
- Working using MRP system.
- Forklift license.
- Knowledge of all warehouse tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- MS Office proficient esp. Excel.
- Numerical/computer skill.
- Lean management.
