THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an energetic, commercially driven National Account Manager to take ownership of our Tesco, Asda and Morrisons accounts. You will lead customer relationships, drive profitable growth, and help us win in an increasingly competitive marketplace. This role gives you a fantastic platform to bring your vision to life — elevating our brands, deepening partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities with three of the UK’s biggest retailers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and grow a major multiple retail customer portfolio
- Lead joint business planning and build customer-focused strategies
- Deliver sales, share, revenue and profit targets
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximise commercial outcomes
- Build compelling customer plans aligned to brand and business goals
- Produce accurate monthly forecasts
- Partner closely with internal teams (commercial, supply, finance, marketing) to ensure delivery of customer plans

- Broad FMCG sales experience, ideally Grocery
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Commercially sharp with a growth mindset
