The successful candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Have the highest ambitions for our pupils, the school and yourself
- Have a passion for Early years and understand the importance of early education
- Be happy to lead and support small groups of pupils independently
- Deliver and assist with planning external interventions
- Have excellent Numeracy and ICT skills and demonstrate an exemplary standard of written and spoken English
- Have a commitment to professional development and further training
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Be organised, flexible, collaborative and resilient, and prepared to tackle any challenges that arise
- Have a calm and professional manner
- Be able to form nurturing and positive relationships with all children
