We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals for a fixed term contract working at our Broughty Ferry based manufacturing site. Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment (for example, having experience in assembly, paintshop, stores or similar environments would be beneficial), although fully paid training will be provided to successful candidates. Once you have completed your training, you will be expected to work in a variety of areas within the factory as determined by the needs of the business.
These positions are being offered on an intial 1 month fixed term contract basis with potential to extend.
Rate of pay: Β£12.85 per hour.
You must be able to work a flexible shift pattern (Monday to Friday) inclding day shift and back shift as required.

Responsibilities
- Safety β understand the importance of a Safe To Start Process, drive a safe working culture having the confidence to stop when necessary.
- Quality β meticulous attention to detail to ensure a quality product to our customer by following the Standard Work of each process.
- Delivery β maintaining a fast pace on the production processes to ensure hourly targets are met.
- Inventory β immaculate presentation in workspace, plant equipment and inventory, 5S standards.
- Productivity β excellent attendance and time keeping is key
- Support β support for Team Leaders, Trainers and Operatives when problems arise.
- Culture β a drive for continuous Improvement every day and promote any opportunities on the shop floor.
We are looking for candidates who would be able to attend interview within the next 2 weeks and if successful be able to start ASAP thereafter.
