An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced eCommerce professional to join the team at Dover Street Market. You will be responsible for driving trade of our Seasonal Buy and Luxury Concession business. Working closely with Merchandising, Studio and brand partners, you will own the full product journey from coordinating product photography and upload to in-season trading and visual merchandising. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment who is ready to drive the future success of some of our most preeminent brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Uphold DSM standards of presentation across your brand portfolio; deliver consistent growth in Seasonal Buy and Luxury Concession trade.
- Identify upload opportunities and manage the flow of new product to site.
- Coordinate product photography with the Studio team.
- Execute on-site visual merchandising, ensuring collections follow VMD direction and reach their full commercial potential.
- Manage sold-out product in line with guidelines.
- Write detailed product descriptions, including fabrication, key details, customs data.
- Produce size and dimension guides.
- Lead seasonal assortment planning and develop on-site content strategies with Merchandising and brand partners.
- Partner with Customer Service on product and fulfilment queries.
- Monitor site performance; propose actions to improve traffic, retention, conversion and order value.
- Produce e-commerce trade reports.
- Support ad hoc projects aligned to the e-commerce roadmap.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to drive traffic; co-manage the Paid Marketing agency.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years' e-commerce experience within retail, with a proven record of driving trade.
- Shopify experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with performance marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial focus.
- Confident working cross-functionally and with brand partners.
- Commercial, curious, and passionate about e-commerce.
- Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable communicating at all levels.
- Sets a high standard for pace, precision and presentation.
