The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 Β£ per hour.
The E-Shop Fulfilment Assistant will provide support to the E-shop team from within our store to ensure efficient and accurate online order fulfilment and packing.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fulfilling online orders (pick and pack)
- Working effectively with the Stock Control team to update stock records and ensure stock integrity
- Neatly packaging all customer orders in line with DSM guidelines
- Ensuring all paperwork is up to date and accurate
- Working within a team to ensure timely dispatch
- Completing any relevant compliance checks
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role managing online orders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of order lifecycle
- Attention to detail
