Working as part of the Buying and Merchandising team, this role is instrumental in driving the flow of stock through the business; from Purchase Order management, through to timely deliveries and coordination of key launches across Store and E-Shop.
- Proactive upload and management of Purchase Orders – from JOOR through to DSM Retail System (RetailPro).
- Reviewing deliveries weekly ensuring all stock arrives within set timelines and within DSM compliance guidelines.
- Supporting Stock Control team in the processing of stock.
- Attend and contribute in weekly meetings – communicating feedback from reports, key deliveries/launches and brand initiatives.
- Deputising for Assistant Buyer in absence – including presenting information in meetings.
- Support Buying functions throughout market.
- First point of contact for warehouse and store queries.
- Reconciling daily non-inventory-number sales.
Passion for sneaker and streetwear brands displaying extensive knowledge of the industry and its history. Must be able to use Excel to a high standard.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Good commercial knowledge and extremely product focused. Proven ability to interpret and react accordingly to sales reports.
