An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced eCommerce professional to join the team at Dover Street Market. You will be responsible for driving trade of our Seasonal Buy and Luxury Concession business and will own the full product journey from coordinating product photography and upload to inâseason trading and visual merchandising. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this role will suit someone who thrives in a fastâpaced environment and is ready to drive the future success of some of our most preeminent brands.
Responsibilities
- Uphold DSM standards of presentation across your brand portfolio; deliver consistent growth in Seasonal Buy and Luxury Concession trade.
- Identify upload opportunities and manage the flow of new product to site.
- Coordinate product photography with the Studio team.
- Execute onâsite visual merchandising, ensuring collections follow VMD direction and reach their full commercial potential.
- Manage soldâout product in line with guidelines.
- Write detailed product descriptions, including fabrication, key details, customs data.
- Produce size and dimension guides.
- Lead seasonal assortment planning and develop onâsite content strategies with Merchandising and brand partners.
- Partner with Customer Service on product and fulfilment queries.
- Monitor site performance; propose actions to improve traffic, retention, conversion and order value.
- Produce eâcommerce trade reports.
- Support adâhoc projects aligned to the eâcommerce roadmap.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to drive traffic; coâmanage the Paid Marketing agency.
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years' eâcommerce experience within retail, with a proven record of driving trade.
- Shopify experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with performance marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial focus.
- Confident working crossâfunctionally and with brand partners.
