Self-directed, motivated and able to work as a team or alone. Able to take direction from supervisor and cell leader. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to be flexible and cross train to work in a variety of cells as assigned.
Complete required assembly activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices. Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company. Read and follow standard work instructions.
Keep supervisory staff informed of all cell activity including, but not limited to, information related to quality, parts supply and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility. Attend all required training. Adhere to safety procedures at all times, including wearing all required PPE.
Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channels for an assigned cell. Participate in all required continuous improvement activities. Keep work station clean, orderly and free of safety hazards at all times. Actively participate in all department projects, tasks and objectives. Maintain the highest ethical standards.
Must be able to use all required tools in an assigned work area. Sustain an acceptable attendance record. Adhere to all required company policies. Perform other job duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be able to work overtime as required. Fine and gross motor skills. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
