Utilising core and advanced filter technologies as well as their integration in higher level sub-assemblies for the latest RF and microwave products to connect and protect people in defence, communications, aerospace and space.
Due to our continuing growth, we’re now seeking a new team member to join Mark and Chris within our Stores Team in the role of Stores and Dispatch Assistant. In this hands-on, practical role, you’ll see your daily responsibilities impact on every department - whether receiving or dispatching products and goods, putting together kits that enable our Production teams to make our products or ensuring compliance, financial and purchasing happiness by completing stock checks.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Pick, kit, and process work orders in line with operational requirements ensuring timely replenishment of materials/kits to our Production teams with minimal disruption to workflow.
- Complete stock transactions using our internal ERP systems (IFS) and maintain accurate stock records.
- Perform required cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy at required levels.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods promptly.
- Maintain proper handling, labelling, storage, and security of all materials, ensuring all Company policies are followed.
- Support import and export processes, including preparing shipping documents - commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
To be successful in this role you are/have:
- Experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or import/export support role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy enabling you to match online data with documentation.
- Able to consistently work to standards and processes.
- IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, data entry, ERP systems).
- Good communication and teamwork skills with internal and external customers.
- Customer service mindset and delivery – with a can do attitude.
- Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
