Position Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the MPG Europe Sales team, formulating and executing short‑ and long‑term sales strategies for BSC Filters, and driving business growth across defence, telecommunications, and space markets.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering sales strategies in the short, medium, and long term in an international business.
  • Leading, developing and supporting teams to deliver results.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Conducting market analysis and performance tracking, identifying trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Applying knowledge of RF and microwave filter products.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record.
  • Resourcefulness, data‑analytical skills and the ability to spot opportunities.
  • Capability to deliver competitive pricing and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience in international markets and cross‑functional leadership.
