The Role:
As part of a Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence, The TA Associate & Scheduler will work closely to support our EMEA Talent Acquisition Partners with direct sourcing of Professional level candidates and Interview scheduling. You will support and work with numerous Dover owned Operating Companies (OpCo's) based across the Region.
The role has two primary functions:
- You will support with all candidate interview scheduling and the coordination and administration related to our recruiting processes. These activities are done via Office 365, Success Factors ATS and Data Capture tools in Power BI.
- Provide Research/Sourcing support or Talent related mapping/insights data gathering to our TA Partners on current openings utilizing sourcing tools such as HireEZ, LinkedIn Insights & Recruiter.
This is an exciting opportunity that would suit an ambitious, internationally mindful person, looking to gain further experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition function. The scope and responsibilities are aimed at a candidate who has some current sourcing and TA Administrative experience, circa 1-2 years gained in either a Agency/Search or Talent Acquisition function. The role is currently listed as a 6 month Contract position that could potentially develop into a permanent opening as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2026.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience:
- Degree in Business related subject or in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial
- Multi-lingual and hold a proficient level of spoken and written in English and ideally one of the following, French, Swedish, German or Italian
- 1-3 years of experience of scheduling & coordinating interview appointments across multiple time zones, ideally within a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Agency function
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications including TEAMS, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience of sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
- Experience of processing vacancy and candidate data on a HRIS or ATS system such as Success Factors, HireEZ or similar Recruitment Sourcing Software.
