We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for a fixed‑term contract working at our Broughty Ferry manufacturing site. Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial; full on‑the‑job training will be provided. Candidates will work in various factory areas as business needs dictate.

Contract Details:

  • Initial 2 month fixed‑term contract
  • Rate of pay: £13.38 per hour
  • Shift Pattern: Flexible Monday to Friday, including day and back shift as required

Responsibilities:

  • Safety – understand the importance of Safe To Start Process, drive a safe working culture, and stop when necessary.
  • Quality – meticulous attention to detail to ensure a quality product to our customer by following Standard Work of each process.
  • Delivery – maintain high pace in production processes to meet hourly targets.
  • Inventory – immaculate presentation of workspace, plant equipment and inventory, following 5S standards.
  • Productivity – excellent attendance and time‑keeping is key.
  • Support – assist Team Leaders, Trainers and Operatives when problems arise.
  • Culture – drive continuous improvement and promote opportunities on the shop floor.

We are looking for candidates who can attend interview within the next 2 weeks and, if successful, start ASAP thereafter.
