The Role: As part of a Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence Team, The Manufacturing TA Researcher & Coordinator supports our EMEA Talent Acquisition Partners with direct sourcing of Manufacturing Professional level candidates and Interview scheduling. You will support and work with numerous Dover owned Operating Companies (OpCo’s) based across the Region. The role has two primary functions:

  • You will support with all candidate interview scheduling and the coordination and administration related to our recruiting processes. These activities are done via Office 365, Success Factors ATS and Data Capture tools in Power BI.
  • Provide Research/Sourcing support to open requirements or Talent related mapping/insights data gathering to our TA Partners utilizing sourcing tools such as HireEZ, LinkedIn Insights & Recruiter.

This is an exciting opportunity that would suit an ambitious, internationally mindful person, looking to gain further experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition function. The scope and responsibilities are aimed at those with sourcing experience, circa 2-4 years in either a Agency/Search environment looking to develop their research and sourcing capability across Europe.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree qualified: Business OR Industrial Manufacturing related subjects
  • Research & direct Sourcing within Manufacturing/Industrial disciplines
  • Multi-lingual preferably and hold a proficient level of spoken and written in English & ideally, second European language.
  • Experience scheduling & coordinating interview appointments across multiple time zones, ideally within a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Agency function
  • Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications including TEAMS, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience of sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
  • Experience of processing vacancy and candidate data on a HRIS or ATS system such as Success Factors, HireEz or similar Recruitment Sourcing Software.
