Work Arrangement: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting instructions/procedures to machine and manufacture parts.
  • Completing equipment & accessory set-up.
  • Completing machine warm-up.
  • Inspection of parts left within the machine.
  • Maintenance and pre-start checks.
  • Fault finding and problem solving.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, organized equipment, materials and work area.
  • Completing paperwork and updating data systems.

Qualifications:

  • An apprenticeship in CNC Machining or a similar subject.
  • Work-experience in an engineering or workshop environment completing some of the above responsibilities and/or doing the following:
    • Metal working and machine tooling.
    • Inspecting product ensuring consistently high quality is achieved.
    • Positively working and contributing to a team.
    • Following instructions and diagrams.
    • Fault finding, problem resolving and continually improving.
