Job Description
- Self‑directed, motivated and able to work as a team or alone.
- Able to take direction from supervisor and cell leader.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to be flexible and cross‑train to work in a variety of cells as assigned.
- Complete required assembly activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices.
- Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company.
- Read and follow standard work instructions.
- Keep supervisory staff informed of all cell activity including, but not limited to, information related to quality, parts supply and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility.
- Attend all required training.
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times, including wearing all required PPE.
- Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channels for an assigned cell.
- Participate in all required continuous improvement activities.
- Keep work station clean, orderly and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Actively participate in all department projects, tasks and objectives.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards.
- Must be able to use all required tools in an assigned work area.
- Sustain an acceptable attendance record.
- Adhere to all required company policies.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
