What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily quality inspections across components and projects
- Learning to operate advanced equipment including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Assisting in the investigation of quality issues and trend analysis
- Helping document critical procedures, inspection plans, and standard work instructions
- Contributing to process improvements and new technology evaluations (e.g. 3D scanning)
- This hands-on role combines 4 days per week on-site with 1 day at college (fully supported), giving you the chance to build both your practical and theoretical knowledge over a 4-year apprenticeship.

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using and learning new IT systems and technology
- Ability to formally document processes, procedures, and inspection plans
- Interest in quality assurance, manufacturing, or engineering
