Actual Salary: £40,190 to £42,820 p.a (Grade 10, Point 31-34)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with the retirement of our current SBM at Dovelands Primary School, seeking to appoint a dynamic School Business Manager.
The School Business Manager supports the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to strategically lead and manage finance, HR, procurement, health and safety, and estate management. The role also involves line managing administrative, premises, and IT staff.
Prior experience in a school setting or a School Business Manager qualification are desirable but not essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong financial and budget management skills, knowledge of leading business disciplines, and experience at a senior/strategic level.
