We are looking for Care Assistants - Full or Part Time to join our team at our Complex Care Home, Dean Wood Manor, Spring Road, Orrell, Wigan. Working NIGHTS - 7pm - 7am. In this role, you will be offering full person-centred care and support to our residents to ensure they feel safe, secure and content. You will be required to work on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required.
As a Care Assistant you must:
- Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
- Be alert to residents’ needs, health and wellbeing
- Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy
- Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
- Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
- Maintain accurate records for each resident

Qualifications
No qualifications are required, but there is an increased rate of pay should you want to develop your career and progress to Senior level and gain an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. Experience within the care sector is preferred but not essential.
