Join our dedicated team supporting adults with complex needs including Dementia plus, Parkinson’s Disease, enduring mental health conditions and behavioural support requirements. Working DAYS 7am- 7pm OR Nights 7pm - 7am on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required. 44hr, 33hr or 22hr Contract available.

Your Role: As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence. You’ll support with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement in therapeutic routines, using trauma-informed approaches and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
