Garden Lodge caters for up to 48 residents. The home specialises in dementia guaranteeing excellent residential care, and comfort from a team who are genuinely passionate about their care standards and their residents. Our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for of a night. This includes:
- Personal care delivered with dignity
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Encouraging independence where possible
- Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment
Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home.
