The home specialises in dementia guaranteeing excellent residential care, and comfort from a team who are genuinely passionate about their care standards and their residents. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for of a night. This includes:
- Personal care delivered with dignity
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Encouraging independence where possible
- Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment
Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home.
