Hope House is a nursing home catering for up to 42 residents, aiming to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable and happy as possible. Our homes promote independence, dignity, and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Advising, guiding, and supporting the wider care team
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Monitoring residents’ nutritional and dietary needs
- Supporting wound care, infection control, and pressure area care
- Reviewing and completing care documentation accurately
- Ensuring clinical interventions are clearly recorded
- Leaving concise and personalised instructions for ongoing care
- Leading by example to promote a safe environment for residents and staff
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
