Dovecote is a leading multi-disciplinary referral hospital based in Castle Donington, specialising in Neurology, Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, Oncology, and Dermatology. Our services also include certificate-led Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology, alongside a first opinion and out-of-hours emergency service for the local community. Equipped with cutting-edge digital imaging facilities-MRI, CT, digital X-ray, and ultrasound-we're at the forefront of veterinary care and innovation.

The Role
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse on our expanding team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, structured over four 10-hour shifts
  • Shift Times: Scheduled between 07:30 and 19:30
  • Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch daily
  • Days Off: Three days off per week
  • Weekend Rota: Participate in our weekend rota with time off in lieu
  • Out of Hours: Some weekend out-of-hours shifts supporting our Mi-Night service alongside inpatient care
