About the role:

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday Only

About you:

  • Attention to detail with a diligent approach to work activities
  • Good communication with staff across site and external visitors
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining quality and speed

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the day to day operations of the production lines to ensure all product produced are to customer specification
  • Ensure that traceability of the product is not compromised and that all necessary documented inspections are carried out to the correct testing frequency and are within agreed specifications
  • Ensure that any finished goods or raw materials, which are not to the required specification, are correctly isolated from production, documented and highlighted, to the QA Senior Technician
  • Maintain all quality records, ensuring that they are legible and in good condition and are document controlled within the Dovecote quality system and are ready to present to any auditing body at any time
  • To promote QA principles throughout the site
  • To support any development works or production trials
  • To carry out calibrations of equipment to the required frequency
