Responsibilities:
- Stack down meat products onto own pallets.
- Ensure that each product is kept separate.
- Transfer meat products in a way that maintains the temperature of the product within food safety and company limits, checking that the route to storage is clear and safe, following company procedures to deal with any problems.
- Stock meat products in the correct location allocated for each product.
- Work to a high standard to efficiently complete all duties to minimise waste and downtime to maximise yields.
- Operation of machinery.
