Hours: Rotating shift pattern - 22 hours (week 1), 55 hours (week 2) which will include working every other Saturday and Sunday.

A committed team of over 700 staff oversee the whole process from procuring the best possible livestock from our carefully picked group of farms, through butchery, retail packaging and despatch before it finally arrives on the supermarket shelf or as part of the restaurant dining experience.

What to expect:
To oversee the issuing of specific packaging and ingredients to lines in production ensuring efficiency and traceability across all packaging and ingredients. Duties will include:
- Control stock/ingredients issue to production lines or line teams.
- Ensure timely furnishing of lines with correct items.
- Ensure all stock/ingredients required are available and picked to requirements.
- Ensure that the picked packaging is maintained and issued to production appropriately.
- Communicate requirements and shortages to other team members.
- Ensure that company specifications are understood and adhered to.
- Assist in all aspects of ingredient control including: deliveries, stock movement, goods issue & stock control.
- Assist in ensuring correct labelling and control of raw materials and appropriate labelling thereof.
- Assist in repacking of returned items & transfer thereof from holding area to stores.
- Assist in ensuring all packaging items are stored in the required state for food contact items - retaining integrity and trace.
- Assist in serving production with all raw material goods.
