Role purpose
- Support day-to-day food processing operations across production areas
- Ensure products are processed safely, efficiently and to specification
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out food processing tasks in line with production plans
- Handle raw materials and products safely and hygienically
- Follow food safety, quality, health & safety and hygiene procedures
- Work to daily production targets and line speedsMonitor product quality and report any issues promptly
- Reduce waste and support yield and efficiency improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Work flexibly across departments as required
- Support audits and compliance checks when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food processing or food manufacturing (preferred)
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Reliable, punctual and consistent work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
