A committed team of over 700 staff oversee the whole process from procuring the best possible livestock from our carefully picked group of farms, through butchery, retail packaging and despatch before it finally arrives on the supermarket shelf or as part of the restaurant dining experience.
About you:
- Strong IT skills with confidence using business systems.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet reporting deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
What to expect:
- Collect data from the FOPS system.
- Accurately input and maintain data from FOPS.
- Analyse data to ensure information is correct, complete, and up to date.
- Produce and distribute daily and weekly reports on collected data.
- Work closely with teams across Dovecote to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Investigate data issues and support the implementation of solutions to improve data accuracy and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
