PASS SUPERVISOR — VESPER. Exmouth Market, London.
Vesper, the new restaurant from Chef Jackson Boxer, opened in June 2026 and has been incredibly busy since day one.
We are looking for a Pass Supervisorto join our team.
This is a newly created position designed to support both the kitchen and front-of-house teams and ensure consistently excellent service.
Working closely alongside the chefs, you will manage the kitchen pass, coordinate the runners, and ensure food reaches our guests safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Vesper.

- At least2 years' experiencein a similar role, as a Supervisor or above. Chefs are welcome to apply.
- Confident working on and managing a busy kitchen pass.
- A strong understanding of how chefs work and how to efficiently expedite service.
- Excellent knowledge of food and ingredients.
- Good knowledge of beverages and wine.
- A confident communicator and supportive team player. Calm, organised and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Passionate about hospitality, with a genuine desire to learn and grow with the company.
- Flexible availability, includingweekends.
