Your role is essential to ensuring our shop operates smoothly over the weekend. Working alongside the Shop Manager, Assistant Manager and a dedicated team of volunteers you will:
- Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers, donors and volunteers.
- Represent Dove House Hospice, embodying our values – passionate, positive and professional – in every interaction.
- Support operations, manage merchandising and enhance customer service to maximise sales and donations.
